Laura discovered the Pilates method in 2015 and knew immediately that this method was very beneficial for her everyday life. Over the course of years, a consistent yoga practice brought a lot of wear and tear on Laura’s body with the actions of repetitive movements and over-stretching. Laura decided to get certified with the Classical Comprehensive Pilates Method, believing highly that Pilates can build for a stronger and more advanced yoga practice. Her love for Yoga combined with Pilates, she says, “It’s a perfect match.”
